Only a small percentage of anglers mend during the most efficient moment possible, before the fly hits the water! It’s called aerial mending, and it's super effective whether presenting at a 90-degree angle, directly down stream, or even around an obstacle. Learn how to present the fly with an appropriate mend from the get-go.
