PCC Wildfire Relief

Thank you to everyone who participated in our August auction to support fly fishers impacted by the January wildfires. We're grateful for your generosity!

While 12 items found new homes, we still have 23 great items remaining—and we’re giving you another chance to bid!

We're launching a follow-up online auction that opens on Saturday, September 6 featuring these remaining items, now with lower starting bids and a Dutch-style format: Each week, prices will drop until the item is sold—so don’t wait too long if you see something you like!

The Auction will be live on September 6:

All proceeds continue to go directly toward helping displaced anglers replace critical fly fishing gear—rods, reels, waders, and more.

Let’s finish strong and continue to help our members.

Thank you,

Brantley Haigh
Membership Chair

Tool rental and materials will be provided, and you can take them home between classes to practice what you've learned.

This class is for anyone who is interested in trying out this rewarding hobby but is unsure where to start. Tying your own flies is a great way to augment your enjoyment of the sport of fly fishing, and catching a beautiful fish on a fly you tied yourself is always a special feeling - ask anyone who's done it, they'll tell ya!

There are four days of classes. Students will learn the absolute basics required to tie six different trout flies, but what's learned can be easily translated to tying flies for whatever you want to catch, from bluegill to bluefish...

If you can't make one of the classes, that's ok,with one exception: If you can't make the first class, please do not sign up, because this one covers the absolute basics required to master before tying your first fly, and we don't want to slow down for folks to catch up.
