New to fly fishing? Or new enough to not know what your options are for fishing in the summer in Southern California and the Eastern Sierra? Come join us for an intro to fly fishing with the summer in mind. We‘ll also cover how women‘s programming can help you on your journey and we‘ll round it off with a social hour to meet the other women in this community at PCC.

Come by Sunday from 10am to 2pm to practice casting, talk with other members, and enjoy the clubhouse and the Lower Arroyo Seco.
Open to the public to learn about PCC and try out a fly rod - casting help from PCC members is usually available.
Come out Tuesday mornings to practice your casting. Help with casting is available for all levels from experienced PCC casters. Public welcome and rods are available to try fly casting.

We will once again be staying at the Soaring Eagle Lodge, the premiere facility on this fabled tailwater. Trout 16” + are the norm, with serious opportunity to bring to hand a 20”+ bruiser (fact is that PCC guests each year catch rainbows in excess of 20”, with several being 24” – 25” bows.)
